Sean Bartels
Founder and President
Sean is an entrepreneur with a knack for knowing what an industry needs. He has been a solution seeker within the audio/video communications industry for the past 20 years. He has designed technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies focused on solutions architecture and strategic initiatives. His diverse technical experience provided the foundation to design and create a new product in the sports training industry. Sean recognized his nephew’s passion to become a better hockey player and his love for gaming, and that’s how the Puck Hero™ was born.
Mike Werch
Co-Founder and CEO
Most recently, Mike was President and CEO of Pinnaca (formerly Video Guidance), based in Bloomington, MN. Pinnaca is a visual communication and technology integration organization formed in 1999. Mike successfully launched, grew and eventually sold this continuously profitable business in 2015 – remaining President NA until January 2019. A strong leader with the ability to grow quality teams and companies, Mike is excited to turn Puck Hero™ into the leading hockey training product and gaming organization.
